PRINCIPLES OF THE FORMATION OF REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT MARKETING STRATEGIES

The theoretical and methodological basis for the regional marketing formation was presented in the article. Particularly, the author's interpretation of the definition "marketing strategy of regional development" was presented. It was substantiated, that the strategy of regional development is a specific commodity. The requirements for preparation of this commodity were substantiated in the article. The purpose and main functions of the marketing strategy of regional development were defined in article. The main types of regional development strategies were presented and substantiated. The principles of the development and implementation of such a strategy were defined and grounded. Two groups of principles were proposed: general and additional. The additional principles used depending on the type of regional development strategy. A set of tools for implementation of the marketing strategy for regional development was described.

TAX DISTRIBUTION OF THE BANKING SECTOR AS AN INDICATOR OF THE EFFICIENCY OF ITS FUNCTIONING

Research of current changes in the tax legislation regarding the taxation of banking institutions was conducted in the article. Analysis of the current condition of development of the banking system by the main indicators influencing the formation of the tax burden of banking institutions was performed. Based on the relevant statistical data the tax burden from the tax on profit in the financial result of Ukrainian banks for the last years was determined. A role of tax management in the system of optimizing the tax burden of commercial banks in the framework of the current tax legislation was revealed.

FORMATION OF RESERVES FOR CREDIT OPERATIONS OF DOMESTIC BANKS

The article deals with the economic essence of reserves for bank credit operations. The author has researched the changes, which took place in the domestic legislation during the period of independence of Ukraine in the process of creation of the legal basis for the formation of reserves for credit operations. The international experience of forming reserves under active banking operations has been considered. The study of the order of reserves formation has been conducted and the approach to the calculation of reserves on credit operations on the group and individual basis with consideration of signs of financial asset materiality has been proposed. An analysis of the quality of the loan portfolio of domestic banks has been carried out.

There have been reviewed the main problems of functioning and development of banking system of Ukraine considering macroeconomic conditions and world trends. The main indicators of banking system of Ukraine, USA, England and Germany were compared, and recommendations on increasing efficiency and stability of banking system of Ukraine were given. Possible scenarios for the growth of the Ukrainian banking system for future were developed. Modern innovative approaches of banking sphere management in contemporary conditions were offered.

TRANSFORMATION OF THE INSTITUTIONAL ENVIRONMENT OF THE FINANCIAL SECTOR OF ECONOMY OF UKRAINE

The problems of the transformation of the institutional environment of the financial sector of the Ukrainian economy are researched in the article. The types of transformations of the real and financial sectors of the economy under general system transformation are outlined. Three approaches to evaluation of transient (transformational) processes are distinguished. The key characteristics of institutional changes within the framework of institutional transformation are described. The component of the monitoring index of reforms as the basic indicator of the assessment of the transformation of the institutional environment in Ukraine is explored. Transformation is shown a change in formal institutions, and it can lead to an improvement in the institutional environment and lower transaction costs, but itself leads to transformational transaction costs. It is advisable to evaluate the results of transformation on the basis of comparing transaction costs incurred in the course of its implementation, with the benefits gained and assessing the dynamics of global indexes, which determine the quality of the institutional environment.

The article research is focused on main issues with establishment and practical application of a compliance system in domestic banks. According to the "three lines of defense" model, a role and place of a compliance division within a banking institution were determined and basic requirements that should be taken into account while organising functioning of the division were defined. The essence and causes of compliance risks were analysed and criteria for evaluation of effectiveness of the compliance system in a bank were developed.

THEORETICAL BASIS OF INSTITUTIONAL CHANGES IN THE NATIONAL ECONOMY

The theoretical bases of institutional changes of the national economy are researched in the article. The analysis of understanding the essence of the category "institute" is carried out. Possible variants of institutes emergence as an integral part of the theory of institutional changes are outlined. The causes of institutional changes, as a result of the interaction of formal and informal institutions, are analyzed. The possibility of borrowing institutions in countries whose history of transformation of economics is an example for others and the implementation of institutions in the national institutional environment is explored. It is proved that effective institutional changes require a correct set of institutions which are the most optimal in currently moment and in a particular place.

MODELING THE DYNAMICS OF THE FOREIGN EXCHANGE MARKET IN CONDITIONS OF TRANSFORMATION ON THE BASIS OF THE INTEGRATION OF THERMODYNAMICS AND FRACTAL ANALYSIS

The modeling of the dynamics of the foreign exchange market in the conditions of transformation based on the adaptation of thermodynamic potentials and fractal analysis methods is proposed. The first of these allows you to establish stable relationships, get kinetic models for the functioning of the foreign exchange market, in particular the equation of state, analogues of Maxwell's relations, the Gibbs-Helmholtz equations and the laws of thermodynamics. The second one is to identify the possibilities for their changes, to diagnose the type of dynamics, and how to organize the process. Integration of methods allows you to set intervals of dynamic equilibrium and simulate dynamics as piecewise-continuous, at each interval with its potential function.
