PATENT POLICY DEVELOPMENT IN THE ANALYTICAL SUPPORT FOR MANAGEMENT OF INTANGIBLE ASSETS

Research of the existing models of intangible asset management was conducted in the article. The place of patent policy in the activities of business entities was determined. The process of analytical support for the management of intangible assets is described, which is added by the procedures confirmating the patent policy of business entities, that encourage the implementation of innovative development strategy and allows identifying the key factors for the effective operation of such entities.

MODERN METHODICAL APPROACHES TO ANALYSIS USE OF PERSONNEL OF THE ENTERPRISE

The article investigates the methodical approaches to the analysis of the use of labor resources of the enterprise. The basis for improving the methodology for analyzing the use of labor resources is the change in management needs. The emphasis is on the evolution of the concept and understanding of the role of labor resources, which are increasingly considered as personnel in general. The arguments concerning the need to improve the methodological provisions on the analysis of labor resources at the practical level are given. The characteristics of the influence of the resource theory, the concept of sustainable development and measurement of achievements on the development of processes of strategic analysis of the personnel of the enterprise are given. It is the understanding of the strategic importance of human resources that determines the need to improve the analysis process. The main theoretical approaches, which form the basis for the substantiation of the main stages, which should be supplemented with existing methodological provisions of the use of personnel potential, are systematized. The main principles of the analysis of the personnel potential of the enterprise in the current conditions, in particular, integrity, complexity, strategic orientation and priority were determined. Proposed: analysis of costs for the creation of the working environment, analysis of the policy of personnel formation, analysis of enterprise measures for the development of personnel competencies, analysis of the system of motivation and analysis of the company’s social policy. At each stage, a set of indicators was proposed and the feasibility of their use was substantiated. The use of the proposed indicators will improve the efficiency of personnel management.

EVOLUTION AND CLASSIFICATION OF INDICATORS OF THE BANKS FINANCIAL SAFETY

The article presents the results of research in the field of financia l securit y o f th e ban k in the context of its evaluation indicators. The evolution of financial security assessment indicators has been researched. It is determined that the basis of the classification of these indicators are exogenous and endogenous factors; factors of micro, meso- and macro levels; factors of direct and indirect influence. Financial and non-financial indicators; absolute, relative and aggregate indicators; accounting, market and combined indicators are also used to assess the financial security of the bank. The selection of indicators in the system of assessing the financial security of the bank should be carried out on the Balanced Scorecard concept (BSC). This concept provides an opportunity to overcome the shortcomings of the static approach of the balance sheet system and supplement them with non-financial indicators.

FOREIGN INVESTMENT − AN IMPORTANT FACTOR OF IMPROVING COMPETITIVENESS AND EFFECTIVENESS OF UKRAINIAN ECONOMY

In this article are considered some theoretical and practical aspects of stimulation of the foreign investments inflow into Ukraine and improvement of their using in order to increase competitiveness and efficiency of the economy, ensuring its stable development. Proved that unfavorable investment climate, low rates of economic growth, high investment risks restraining the inflow of foreign investment into Ukraine. The role of foreign investments in the development of the countries- recipients depending on the chosen model of economic development is investigated. With the help of constructed econometric models was established that the economy of Ukraine is developing under the exogenous model of dependent development. It is substantiated that an important role in the development of the Ukrainian economy is played by foreign investments, the volume of which largely depends on the exports size, GDP and dynamics of the exchange rate.
